This policy explains what personal data DWISH MDM LLC processes, why, who receives it and what rights you have.
1. Who processes the data
DWISH MDM LLC, Tax ID 313407362, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For personal data questions, message @dwish_support on Telegram or call +998 33 333 02 02.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the app.mdm.dwish.uz website, the partner dashboard, the station app, the Telegram bots and the Telegram Mini App of the DWISH MDM service.
3. Our role
For website visitors, partners and their staff, we decide why the data is processed.
Data about phone buyers is entered by the partner: a store, finance company or bank. The partner decides the purposes and legal grounds, and we process this data on the partner’s behalf as needed to run the service. Buyers should contact the seller about their installment contract and payments.
4. What data we process
- Website visitors: the phone number from the request form and the content of any message you send us.
- Partners and staff: company name, contacts, name, email, phone, role, login data, activity log in the dashboard, and Telegram data if notifications are connected.
- Phone buyers: the data a partner enters to manage the contract and device. The partner decides what it includes.
- Devices: IMEI, serial number, model, control status and last contact time. Location is determined only for a locked device while it is online.
- Support requests: the text, photos, voice messages and videos you send.
- Backups: when the station is used, phone data is copied to the seller’s computer, not to our servers.
5. Why we do this
- to answer requests and connect the service;
- to conclude and perform the contract with a partner;
- to put devices under control, show their status and carry out partner commands;
- to keep payment schedules and send reminders and notifications;
- to provide support and fix errors;
- to protect the service and investigate violations;
- to comply with the law.
6. Legal grounds
We process data based on your consent, the contract with a partner, the partner’s instructions and legal requirements. The partner is responsible for the legal grounds for processing its buyers’ data, for informing them and for obtaining consent where required.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Public pages use Yandex Metrica, including Session Replay, and its cookies. It collects data about visits, clicks and movement across pages. We hide input in the phone field from it.
You can turn Metrica off in the site footer, under Cookie settings. The browser also stores your language, theme and choice.
Metrica does not run in the dashboard. It uses only a necessary sign-in cookie.
8. Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. We share only what the service needs:
- the partner: data about its buyers and devices;
- MDM providers, Apple and device manufacturers: device identifiers and control commands;
- Telegram: website requests, notifications and bot messages;
- Servercore: hosting, file storage and backups;
- AI service providers OpenAI, Google and DeepSeek: text and attachments of support requests, to answer and transcribe them;
- Yandex: website visit data;
- government authorities: where the law requires it.
9. Where the data is stored
The main database and backups are on servers in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Some data may be processed outside Uzbekistan when Telegram, Apple, Yandex and AI services are used. Such transfers are limited to what the stated purposes require and follow the law.
10. How long we keep data
We keep data while the partner contract is in force and for as long as the stated purposes or the law require. Database backups are deleted after 30 days. Website requests are not saved in the database and stay in the working chat until the request is handled. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
11. How we protect data
We use encrypted connections, role-based access, activity logs and backups. No protection is absolute, but in an incident we will act and notify those affected where the law and contract require.
12. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data about you is processed and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request deletion or restriction where there are no legal grounds for processing;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to the authorized state body or a court.
13. How to contact us
Message @dwish_support on Telegram or call +998 33 333 02 02. Phone buyers should first contact the seller, who manages the contract data. We will help if the question concerns us.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with its date.
