Restore not allowed: "Find My iPhone" is on
Apple won't let you restore a backup while "Find My" is on on the phone. Only the customer can turn it off — their Apple ID password is needed.
What to do

On the phone: Settings → owner's name → Find My → "Find My iPhone" → turn off. It will ask for the customer's Apple ID password.

Retry the restore — the backup is intact.

After the restore, Find My can be turned back on.
